Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed objectives through sales activity and customer servicing.
- Schedule appointments and deliver preplanned sales presentations to customers.
- Identify new customers, secure new listings, and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key prescribers.
- Initiate contact with potential new customers and schedule subsequent meetings.
- Conduct effective field visits to gather information on orders and current market conditions.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, market intelligence data, and required documentation.
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure timely satisfaction.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and closely monitor sales performance.
- Collect and utilize marketing information; identify potential business impacts such as e-bidding and tender processes.
- Participate in special projects aimed at improving company performance.
- Comply with the company’s policies and SOPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
- 2–3 years of direct experience as a Medical Representative, Sales Representative, or Product Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Dermatology
- Experience in a hybrid territory/area is preferred.
- Proficiency in Thai and English
- Strong presentation skills and computer literacy.
