What you will do:
- Serve as primary operational contact for assigned client accounts, owning day-to-day issue resolution and escalation.
- Coordinate cross-functional Fiserv teams to deliver and maintain product and service commitments.
- Track service delivery against SLAs and drive corrective actions to improve client satisfaction.
- Oversee onboarding, implementations and project governance for assigned accounts.
- Identify operational risks and lead remediation plans to reduce service interruptions.
- Surface revenue or renewal opportunities to Relationship Managers through ongoing client engagement.
What You Will Need To Have:
- 3+ years’ experience supporting banking or financial technology clients.
- 2+ years’ experience managing client relationships or service delivery for multiple stakeholders.
- 2+ years’ experience coordinating cross-functional project work or implementations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with experience producing client reports or executive presentations.
- Ability and willingness to travel 10–25% of the time.
What Would Be Great To Have:
- Knowledge of Fiserv systems and solution sets.
- 5+ years’ experience in banking/financial technology or related operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
- Demonstrated customer service and conflict management capabilities; experience escalating to executive stakeholders.
- Project management experience and proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
