A great Account Manager at Fiserv owns the operational relationship for assigned clients across the enterprise, ensuring delivery and support meet contractual commitments and client expectations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and surface growth opportunities alongside Relationship Managers. We expect you to act with curiosity about the client’s business, be direct and practical in communication, and translate complex technical or operational challenges into clear actions that improve satisfaction and retention.
What you will do:
- Use a consultative approach to identify opportunities that increase client growth and profitability.
- Ensure timely, accurate implementation of client projects and handoffs to support teams.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular, relationship-based engagement (face-to-face and virtual).
- Monitor service delivery and lead corrective actions to meet assigned client satisfaction targets.
- Proactively prevent, triage and resolve enterprise-level operational problems.
What You Will Need To Have:
- 6–10 years of combined education, relevant experience, and/or military experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in banking, financial technology or the financial services industry.
- 5+ years’ customer service or contact-center experience, preferably within a financial institution.
- Demonstrated history of conducting face-to-face relationship meetings and managing multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
What Would Be Great To Have:
- Certification in Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience implementing process improvements that measurably raised client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
