What you´ll do
- As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen the presence and visibility of the Henkel Consumer Brands- Hair Professional Canada brand portfolio within a specific channel.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the trade channel to achieve business targets and annual business (KP) plans.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Develops compelling marketing campaigns, channel specific promotions (with alignment from category), and POS materials that resonate with trade partners and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trade partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring ROI and profitability targets are met.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.
- Supports a customer centric approach that cultivates new client acquisition, client retention, organic growth, and market expansion.
- Find new opportunities and seek ways to improve processes to increase revenue, enhance promotional efficiency, and customer experience.
