Description:Manage team of Industrial Engineers supporting Fabrication in Marietta, GA . Provide estimates of labor, production schedules, capacity and resource loading, and performance measurement for production operations.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher education from an accedited college or equivalent experience in production and scheduling
- Experience monitoring and reporting metrics related to cost, schedule, staffing, and capacity
- Experience creating manpower/staffing plans
Desired Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- Industrial Engineering Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, written, and presentation), particularly with Production Operations and Program Offices
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize assignments
- Fabrication experience
- Aircraft production experience
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
- SAP experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
