Description:You will be the F-16 Operations Productions Lead for SWBS 1132, 2nd shift at the Lockheed Martin Greenville site. This role requires interfacing with multiple functional organizations. area supervisors, and the assembly crew to resolve issues and constraints in the production environment.
What You Will Be Doing
The F-16 Operations Production Lead will be considered a working lead that will maintain certifications and qualifications to perform maintenance assignments as required to complete tasks on the product, as well as the below listed responsibilities:
• Communicate and support daily and weekly production goals, assess task complexity and skills, assign work, set clear expectations, provide technical guidance, and monitor and adjust performance to meet aircraft maintenance, modification and post modification testing objectives.
• Ensure adherence to production standards of safety, quality, schedule, and cost by enforcing practices such as fall protection, crane operations, hazardous materials handling, personal protective equipment (PPE), use, material handling, chemical control, housekeeping, and tool and FOD controls.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills by effectively managing a team, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement by maintaining 6S/lean processes.

Basic Qualifications:
• 8 years’ of experience relative to aircraft Manufacturing, Maintenance, Modification, Repair or Overhaul with a minimum of 5 years of F-16 modification installation experience.
• Candidate must have at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to provide technical guidance.
Desired Skills:
• F-16 Production experience
• Proficient in Shop Floor Manager

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
