We are searching for the best talent for (Sr.) Product Manager based in Seoul.
Position summary
(Sr.) Product Manager is responsible for leading product strategy, lifecycle management, and market success for the Electrophysiology portfolio in Korea. This includes driving new product introductions, portfolio optimization, market research, business performance tracking and cross-functional collaboration with global, regional, and local stakeholders to achieve business and patient impact goals.
The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of the cardiovascular and electrophysiology markets, proven experience managing complex product portfolios, and the ability to translate clinical and market insights into actionable product and business strategies.
You will be responsible for:
1. Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Develop and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the EP portfolio.
- Lead lifecycle management for existing products, including demand forecasting, pricing, and positioning.
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities through analysis of customer insights, competitive landscape, and clinical trends.
- Partner with global and regional teams to localize product strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support evidence generation and product differentiation through collaboration with MA, RA, HEMA team.
2. New Product Introduction(Launch Excellence)
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) planning and execution in Korea, ensuring seamless readiness across enabling functions(finance, RA, HEMA, SC, HCC, Legal, CQ and all)
- Coordinate pre-launch market assessments across the global and regional team, and training initiatives to enable adoption and customer engagement.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for launches to ensure measurable business outcomes.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary interface across all functions including but not limited to sales, finance, medical affairs, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure strong product performance.
- Drive alignment between commercial goals and operational execution.
- Collaborate closely with regional/global teams to prioritize Korea market and escalate local market needs.
4. KOL and Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to gather insights for product improvement and verify market’s unmet needs.
- Support professional education, training programs, and customer engagement strategies to strengthen adoption.
- Build advocacy and long-term partnerships within the EP society.
5. Business Performance & Insights
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, pricing, and market dynamics to guide strategy adjustments.
- Prepare and present regular business updates and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product positioning and profitable business growth.
Qualifications / Requirements:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the MedTech, healthcare, or cardiovascular industry.
- Proven track record in launching new products in highly competitive markets.
- Experience in Electrophysiology is highly preferred.
3. Skills:
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and project management capabilities.
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate clinical needs into product strategies.
- Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in English and Korean.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
4. Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for KOL engagement, product launches, and global collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
