ADP is looking to hire a Sales Automation Specialist (part of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence) to help improve and drive change within the CoE and ADP.
*This is a hybrid role based out of our Maitland, FL or Tempe, AZ office. Qualified candidates must be within commutable distance to one of these locations.*
As a key contributing member of the Commercial Operations team, you will leverage your analytical/technical ability and project management skills, attention to detail and business acumen to proactively evaluate our current processes and identify areas of improvement. We are in search of team members who are self-starters, intellectually curious and who have a proven ability to seek out and develop innovative approaches to business problems/opportunities. They will partner and consult with Sales, Sales Leaders, Business Consultants and other internal teams, and provide insights and guidance to inform decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build an in-depth understanding of capabilities and potential applications of automation technologies (ie tableau, Power Automate, Power BI, Python, Alteryx)
- Collaborate closely with functional contacts to gain a thorough understanding of current state assessment and develop and map clear recommendations to improve and optimize key processes
- Utilize a process improvement mindset and regular quality reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate testing and pilots of any new capabilities or processes and support additional projects that will enable more streamlined and controlled use cases
- Drive data analytics to pro-actively develop insights and change management as needed to enhance ongoing support
- Facilitate documentation of core procedures and educational material and ensure that they are updated
- Successfully manage workload and deadlines of multiple projects simultaneously
- Regularly perform quality reviews on processes
- Develop and leverage key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Help identify and eliminate obstacles to replicate and scale support across the organization
- Effectively communication updates, challenges and changes across key stakeholders to ensure outstanding support experience
- Prepare/manage standardized reporting, analysis, and communications to help support business decisions
Key Attributes & Requirements
- A college degree is nice to have but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other forms of acceptable experience include:
- 1-2 years of experience on transformation/innovation teams or process improvement experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, RPA
- B2B Sales Operations and Project Management background a plus
- Strong operating and analytical skills; strategic thinker that thrives in fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholder and partner expectations and self-prioritize
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams
