THE WORKAs a key member of our Metrics and Data team, you will:
• Conduct analyses to ensure accurate predictive forecasting and classification of data and information.
• Coordinate end to end data processing, creating and customizing report building functions across systems.
• Maintain analytical systems, verify data accuracy, and serve as the primary liaison between data teams and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers to define business outcomes and expand capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:• 1 or more years of experience conducting data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to extract and interpret data from multiple systems
• Ability to analyze process improvement opportunities
Desired Skills:• Previous experience with Project Management (Schedules, metrics, data visualization)
• Experience with Tableau, Excel, or Airtable
• Familiarity with MS Access Databases
• Experience influencing others during technical hurdles and proposing solutions

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
