Metro by T-Mobile is looking for a motivated sales representative to work in a fun, exciting, and enjoyable environment. When it comes to communication skills, should have the ability to carefully listen and make every customer feel valued and welcomed. You should approach with confidence and a smile, and go to work, assessing their needs and concerns as you build a genuine relationship with them. Every question that’s raised is an opportunity for you to build trust, educate your customer, and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential Metro by T-Mobile sale. Responsibilities – Sales & Customer Service:
- Greet customers in a timely and positive manner – create a positive sales experience for the customer.
- Identify the customer’s needs and provides information related to Metro by T-Mobile products and services.
- Completes all aspect of the sale including the creation of account records to establish service, accepting customer payments and any other transactions.
- Is a “knowledgeable expert” for customer trouble shooting and resolving issues.
- Sell and up-sell products
- Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features.
Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Dedication to the position
- 2-year retail sales required; wireless/telecom experience required.
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Our ideal candidate would be available and able to work any shift that falls within hours of operation for this location. We are looking for a full-time employee someone with a willingness to continuously learn new products and a passion for helping customers.
