About this Position
What you´ll do

Serve as the lead technical expert for Safetykleen (EU region), CP Marine (NL), and the Railway Market (Western Europe)
Identify customer pain points and convert them into actionable technical solutions
Provide hands-on support via email, phone, and on-site visits
Own and resolve customer technical requests directly
Organize and deliver technical training, especially for dedicated “Cleaner Champions”
Act as the go-to contact for Cleaner Champions across Europe
Collaborate with Product Development, Sales and customers to align technical roadmaps. Lead product certification processes with relevant authorities (e.g., marine approvals)
Support Business Development and Sales in scaling existing accounts and expanding into new markets
