Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Job Description
Own delivery commitments and recovery plans for Unison customers, proactively identifying risks, executing mitigation and recovery.
Drive alignment with suppliers and GE shops to a shared hardware execution plan that meets SQDC objectives.
Collaborate across Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, and Program Management to synchronize short-term execution with long-range plans.
Apply FLIGHT DECK principles to resolve delivery constraints and critical hardware risks; identify, implement, and verify corrective and preventive actions to improve flow and prevent recurrence.
Support execution of NPI, FAI, design changes, and transitions, ensuring readiness and supply continuity.
Use analytical thinking and technical judgment to propose solutions beyond standard parameters for complex, interdependent manufacturing cycles.
Leverage internal and select external data sources to validate root causes, quantify impact, and inform decisions tied to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Mentor and support colleagues; lead small-scope projects with low risk and clear resource plans to deliver targeted improvements.
Execute policy and strategy using in-depth technical knowledge, translating requirements into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in supply chain management or fulfillment. + minimum of 3 years working with suppliers and customers experience
