The Facilities Project Manager position at the Evendale site is a multifaceted role that requires expertise in construction management, project execution and knowledge of facilities operations. The role is critical to ensuring that construction and renovation projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality, while maintaining compliance with all industry standards and regulations.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, oversee all phases of construction and renovation, and ensure efficient execution.
- Oversee financials and schedules: Ensure projects are executed efficiently.
- Coordinate execution: Work with external vendors and internal unions.
Budget and Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, review and approve purchase orders and invoices, track expenditures, and ensure cost control and accurate forecasting.
Contractor and Vendor Management
- Develop and manage RFPs: Review bids and oversee contractors, suppliers, and commissioning agents.
Stakeholder and Team Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, leadership) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Conduct quality control checks, ensure compliance with industry standards, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate risks: Manage scope changes, priorities, and resolve conflicts.
Reporting and Communication
- Provide regular project updates, share progress reports, and ensure proper documentation.

- Extensive knowledge of construction processes and building systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years (Project manager/Construction) experience + minimum of 3 years (Project Manager/Construction) experience
