About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Innovation Hub Project Manager to lead project initiatives within our newly established Innovation Hub, as part of Consumer Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO).
The person will manage projects in the AI strategy for automation within CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) Innovation Hub. They will define technical requirements, work backwards from customer needs, and partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, with a focus on driving strategy. Your work will directly align with Wells Fargo's mission to innovate and enhance the employee experience using AI technology.
In this role, you will:- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of individual contributor engineer roles with low to moderate complexity and less experienced managers who are responsible for building high quality capabilities with modern technology
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with the Product Managers/Product Owners to drive user satisfaction, influence technology requirements and priorities in the product roadmap, promote innovative and intelligent solutions
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience Project Management experience building and launching technology projects to market
- 4+ years of project/program management or leadership experience
