Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated licensed agent to join our in-house Builders Risk team. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a stable base salary, uncapped commission potential, and comprehensive benefits.
What You’ll Bring:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable insurance sales experience
- Commercial Property or Builders Risk experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Clean background and drug screening required
