Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Manager to join the Analytics Center of Excellence within the Global Finance Services Division. This role will be responsible for managing Period Cost and FP&A related activities, supporting global strategic objectives, and overseeing other key accounting functions across the organization.
What you will do:
Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, ensuring a smooth migration of designated roles into the Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE).
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to execute project transitions in line with scope, timelines, and business requirements.
Provide strategic financial leadership by delivering actionable insights and recommendations to support Period Cost and FP&A activities, including service charges, R&E, and departmental expenses.
Apply financial tools and methodologies in accordance with corporate guidelines, driving informed decision-making and operational excellence.
Promote continuous improvement through simplification, standardization, and automation.
Serve as the primary financial partner for a designated facility or business unit, offering business analysis, financial counsel, and strategic planning support.
Assist with business unit planning for senior leadership, including facility and business unit managers.
Participate in key decisions impacting the facility or business unit.
Oversee monthly reporting (profit center results, Rolling Business Management) and annual processes, including business plans and executive reviews.

Financial Analysis

What you will have.
- Extensive background in accounting and finance, with strong expertise in management reporting, financial analysis, FP&A, and month-end closing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Pre-advanced English
- Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative, and strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships and influence across teams.
- MBA, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent professional certification.
