Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role is designed who has more than 2 years working experience on Customs & Logistics daily operation. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for site daily EX&IM operations, customs inspection, shipments tracking and delivery on time.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ensure all shipments customs declarations 100% align with customs policy;
- Ensure 100% accurate identification of all shipping documents;
- Complete IM&EX operation follow the WI, if any abnormalities are found in the IM&EX process of physical shipments, effective communication with sourcing, sales and warehouses team in time;
- Communicate effectively with broker and forwarder to effectively resolve logistics and customs operation issues;
- Meet on time delivery requirements and update in-transit status in time;
- Cooperate with company to complete customs stock-take/inventory report;
- Ensure the completeness of customs and logistics data relating to each shipment in customs system;
- Manage and archive all logistics related documents to meet quality system and customs requirements.
- Comply with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, lean etc.
- Continue improvement on logistics process;
- Other task assigned by leader.
Required Qualifications:
- Vocational school education and above, graduated in a relevant major.
- Knowledge of customs regulation and governmental transportation policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Basic understanding of English ERP and customs system.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 additional years of experience in manufacturing Logistic specialist.
- Familiar with Oracle and Customs system.
