Overall purpose of job:
• The Deliver Sr Specialist is to lead in Customer Service, Warehousing, distribution, and logistics operation in Singapore. They will also provide an assistance in managing the relationship of local supplier/vendors and third-party intermediary. They is to ensure adherence and compliance to EH&S, Quality, Regulatory, SOX, HCBI policies and standards.
This role is to support Singapore Deliver activities.
Key responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
• Day-to-day order management activities are executed flawlessly and timely
• Data collection and preparation of routine reports for management review.
• Order to Cash process related activities monitoring and improvement for compliance with business procedures and workflows.
• Close Collaboration with 4PL to ensure service and order deliveries to customers on time and collaborate on specific projects or initiatives to support business growth or process improvements.
• Customer Service activities are aligned with the total supply chain strategies.
• Leads on all J&J relevant SOPs in defining, adhering, and improving activities.
• Leads Non-conformance reporting and solution for Deliver related non-conformances by J&J internal and 4PL Distributor/Custom Broker deviations.
• Leads in data analytics in the markets to manage and review performance against targets.
• Coordination with warehouse/distributor on inventory movement and perform reconciliation on periodic basis.
• Coordination with warehouse and freight agents on timely and accurate billing and monthly statement of accounts while coordinating with finance team on financial matters i.e Accrual, payment.
• Provide additional necessary documents or info that may be needed for Pharmacy/Customs Clearance of all J&J shipments.
• Support customer service activities especially towards order processing, order issue resolutions, billing, and invoicing.
• Management and Reporting of Controlled Substances Shipments adhering to J&J compliance standards and local regulations.
• To conduct annual stock check & report to if there is any discrepancy found during the stock check.
Stakeholder Management/Collaboration:
• Works closely with Commercial partners to measure customer satisfaction relating to ordering process and delivery arrangement.
• Acts as a liaison between J&J, Commercial team, and Distributor to ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner. (Includes Cross functional teams Commercial Quality, Finance, Supply Chain)
• Leads Customer’s supply chain related meeting / review including external service provider business reviews with KPI management, validation and monitoring.
Audit Management & Excellence:
• Front room for audits for SG Market.
• Country level preparation/RFI for audits, auditee, post audit remediation actions.
Projects and Processes
• Continuous improvement of Warehouse and Logistics processes to support improving customer service levels and drive operational excellence.
• Identifies and leads strategic opportunities to optimize warehouse/Logistics and delivery productivity levels, costs improvement process etc. (Includes Cluster level standardization and optimization projects)
• Leads new modality projects that requires customization in processes for new therapies/go to market strategy changes.

Required Qualification and Core Competencies for the role:
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience and prior exposure in a warehouse/shipping/ freight forwarding industry would be an added advantage.
• Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field preferable.
• Knowledge of warehousing methods and procedures, of inventory and stock control record keeping, of automated inventory-control systems will have an advantage. Meticulous, organized, detail oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Previous experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, particularly SAP experience.
• Experienced in Project Management and Change Implementation Projects. Six Sigma Certification/PMP is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Microsoft Co-Pilot possess initiative and able to work independently, able to work in a fast paced and volatile environment.
• Order to Cash and Requisition to Payment Process, strong in Analytical skill, Problem Solving skills, understanding of business finance, and quality management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to excel as both a team player and a team leader.
