Job Summary Details: The Janitorial Driver is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services across multiple campus buildings while safely operating a company-provided vehicle. This role ensures that all assigned facilities are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained, and requires consistent travel between buildings throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage a daily route while representing the company with professionalism.

Schedule: NIGHTS Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday 6pm-2:30am

Basic Qualifications: - Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- Valid and current driver’s license (required).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to pass an MVR check (required).
- Successful completion of a background check (required).
Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities: Safely operate a company vehicle to travel between campus buildings according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Perform general janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and restroom products as needed.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety procedures, vehicle operation policies, and campus driving rules.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Support special cleaning projects or events as assigned.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily tasks, building coverage, and vehicle usage when required.
Work Environment
- This position requires frequent driving on campus grounds using a company vehicle, walking, entering/exiting buildings, and performing physical cleaning tasks.
- Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
