Description:**Position located in the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia**
You will be the Security Representative Staff for the THAAD Program. Our team is responsible for safeguarding international missile‑sustainment operations and ensuring strict compliance with U.S. government security regulations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Security Representative Staff you will be responsible for providing comprehensive security oversight supporting the THAAD Program in Saudi Arabia.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Implement and monitor DoD security programs (5200.1‑R, 5220.22‑R, 5100.76M, 8500.01E, 8500.2, 8510.01) and NISPOM requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and audit site Standard Operating Procedures and physical‑security construction reviews.
- Serve as the in‑country subject‑matter expert for intrusion detection and access‑control systems, providing after‑hours support and training expatriate personnel.
- Manage manual locking devices for U.S.–Only Closed Areas and GSA‑approved containers, including combination changes, lock repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Cognizant Security Agency to secure approvals for closed‑area construction and ongoing compliance.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:• Must have an active Final Secret clearance
• Working knowledge of security information and physical security requirements of the NISPOM and DoD 5200 Series Manuals
• Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have excellent team building and personal skills
• Must possess a current Comptia Security + Certification (DoD 8570.01) or the ability to acquire prior to assignment start
• Must have posses a valid U.S. Passport
Desired Skills:• Industrial Security experience either as an FSO or CPSO (program security)
• Physical Security or Infrastructure Security or International SCIF or Closed Area construction experience
• Arabic language skills
• Experience living and working in an overseas environment
• Computer skills to include proficiency with MS Office Suite,
• Comptia Security + (DoD 8570 Cybersecurity) Certification
• Experience in Security Administration, Counterintelligence (CI) experience
• Security investigation skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
