What does a successful Financial Analyst do at Fiserv?
The Fiserv Financial Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two 12-month structured assignments over a two-year period. The program is designed to provide recent college graduates who are interested in progressing their careers in Finance or Accounting with professional development and growth opportunities that enable participants to make meaningful contributions to Fiserv.
The program foundation consists of a combination of diverse rotational assignments, on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership with the ability to advance within the Finance and Accounting organization upon completion of the program. Financial Analysts rotations will have two start dates: January 26th, 2026, and July 13th, 2026.
What you will do:
- Identify key data points and trends that demonstrate the relationship between operational, financial and performance goals
- Manage financial risk by helping the business adapt to new conditions and monitor operating expense to ensure alignment with budget
- Conduct and document moderate to complex financial analysis projects for senior leadership, to assist decision-making
- Prepare financial and business-related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, budgeting, costing, rate of return, depreciation and working capital
- Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance, general business conditions and related areas
- Play an active role in monthly, quarterly and annual system forecasting across the company
- Post journal entries, help with accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank statement reconciliation
What you will need to have:
- Recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program completed in December 2025 or after in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or other relevant majors
- 3.5+ GPA
- Applicants must have unrestricted work authorization and should not require future sponsorship
- 0-2 years of professional work experience

Important info about this role:
· This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
· You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. · This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
