Work You’ll Do
The Palantir Specialist Leader will lead design of future-state, modern data architecture, pipelining, and analysis for transformation at the enterprise level using advanced cloud architectural principles. Using tools such as Palantir Foundry, they will also work with cutting-edge DevOps technologies, develop advanced analytics products, and apply data pipelining and statistical programming tools to enterprise data to advance and enable key mission outcomes.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10 + years of data science and/or data manipulation and analysis.
- 8+ years of prior professional services or federal consulting experience.
- 5+ years of experience with engineering and developing Palantir pipelines and deploying them in a client services environment.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers.
- 5+ years of experience performing data reviews and managing engineers.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Masters Degree strongly perferred.
- 10 + years of prior professional services or federal consulting experience.
- Active Secret level or above security clearance.
- Creativity and innovation – desire to learn and apply new technologies, products, and libraries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
