Job Summary Details: The Lead Cleaner III is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
· The primary responsibility of the Facilities Lead is to direct the work of a team of maintenance employees in the pursuit of providing a safe and well maintained site. Plan, prioritize and delegate work assignments.
· Identify resource needs and allocate resources accordingly.
· Manage the formation and distribution of Work Orders, (service, repair and preventive maintenance) and insure timely completion to quality standards.
· Inspect the quality of the work performed by subordinate team.
· Perform maintenance work as needed.
· Monitor and control supplies and equipment.
· Train or coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques.
· Manage and coordinate activities of local service providers and/or subcontractors.
· Answer questions and provide information to the public; investigate complaints and recommend corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints.
