Position Summary
We are seeking a Lead Cleaner to oversee the 2nd shift cleaning operations at a theatre venue. This role includes supervising cleaning activities across various areas, including a public plaza and public park. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with union guidelines while leading a team of cleaners.

Pay: $24.20 an hour

Shift: Wednesday - Sunday 2pm - 10:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff during the 2nd shift.
- Ensure all assigned areas (including public plaza and park) are maintained to the highest standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
- Maintain compliance with union rules and company policies.
- Inspect work areas regularly and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Handle inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Respond to urgent cleaning requests and resolve problems quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory cleaning role; union account experience preferred.
- Language: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and equipment use.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
