About your role:
Fiserv delivers payment and financial technology solutions that help clients move money and run their businesses more effectively. The Technical Sales Consultant on the Output Solutions team focuses on print manufacturing products, translating client manufacturing and personalization requirements into technical solutions that drive sales. This role supports commercial growth by delivering targeted demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and solution designs for card production and high-volume output workflows.
What you’ll do:
- Engage prospective clients to capture technical and business requirements and translate them into solution designs.
- Lead and deliver technical product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and customized demos that highlight product value and fit for print production and output workflows.
- Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, integration plans, and bill-of-material considerations to support sales pursuits and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and implementation teams to validate feasibility, estimates, and delivery risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product roadmaps, industry standards, competitor offerings, and compliance requirements to inform positioning.
- Support post-sale transitions and provide technical enablement to implementation teams to ensure successful production deployments.
- Participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events to represent Fiserv Output Solutions print manufacturing capabilities.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 4+ years of experience in pre-sales solution architecture and technical proposal development for B2B software or manufacturing capabilities.
- 4+ years of experience with ERP and manufacturing system integrations (SAP, Oracle NetSuite).
- 6+ years of experience delivering technical product demonstrations and proofs-of-concepts.
- 6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Certifications such as PCI Professional (PCIP), EMV certifications, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or similar technical credentials.
- Prior experience in print production workflows and card manufacturing processes, including personalization systems, embossing/encoding, lamination, and finishing equipment.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management with commercial and engineering teams and experience presenting to executive sponsors.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel:
- Approximately 30% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
