Description:The SBI Administrative Support role is an exciting opportunity for an early career individual to enter the workforce, gain experience, and learn about the aerospace industry. The role is very dynamic and will expose you to many different teams and aspects of the industry. Reporting directly to the Senior Program Manager for the mission, you will be responsible for supporting the Program Management Team as we push boundaries, build, and field a spacecraft unlike anything that has flown before. While the tasking for this role will depend on the phase and needs of the program, example duties may include but not be limited to: Tracking team action items, compiling reports, helping develop presentations, taking notes during key meetings, supporting expense reports and travel for key personnel, designing processes to improve workflow, etc. A key aspect of this role will be to engage with the overall team and to support and improve our team's culture. You will take an active role with the program leadership in developing communication, activities, and other items that will actively grow a cohesive culture across several teams.
Some travel will be required.
Basic Qualifications:High school diploma required.
Clear communicator, outgoing, inquisitive, and willing to engage with multiple teams as needed.
Willingness to be adaptable, learn multiple aspects of business and technical domains.
Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Ability to travel.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
