Manager, Regions & Segments
Responsible for leading regional and segment-level competitive intelligence, ensuring localized insight and activation across divisional, regional, and segment business units such as MDU, Multicultural, and others. Oversees the development of executive deliverables, partner briefings, and divisional support materials that translate national competitive learnings into actionable strategies. Works cross-functionally with Product, Brand, GTM, CX, and Divisional leadership to ensure competitive insights are integrated into planning, execution, and performance optimization. Manages a small team with a senior analyst and and serves as the primary competitive insights liaison for regional counterparts and segment stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Leads regional and segment competitive insight generation, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and localized execution needs.
- Develops and delivers quarterly and ad-hoc competitive briefings for Divisional and Segment leaders.
- Translates national competitive and Xfinity insights into region-specific opportunities and actionable strategies.
- Partners with cross-functional teams (Product, Brand, GTM, CX, IR, and Regional/Division partners) to ensure insights drive measurable business actions.
- Oversees the creation of factbooks, partner enablement materials, and strategic presentations.
- Supports the development of Executive and Investor-facing deliverables (Quarterly Briefings, Earnings Prep, Monthly P&L inputs).
- Ensures regional competitive responses and playbooks reflect current market dynamics and internal performance.
- Mentors analysts to ensure analytical rigor, storytelling quality, and stakeholder engagement effectiveness.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in competitive intelligence, strategic insights, or consulting.
- Strong experience working with regional or segment leadership teams and aligning insights to operational goals.
- Proven ability to synthesize large datasets and competitive findings into concise executive-level narratives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Experience leading analysts and managing multiple concurrent deliverables.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, and Washington with a Pay Range of $105,096.00 - $197,055.00
