Overview
Using the CRM system (Salesforce.com) manage renewals, conversions (win back) and leads for service agreements. Interpret customer requirements and maintain necessary records in the CRM system.
Navigate ERP system to process service contract orders, credits, debits and service notifications including stock movement, stock counts and material planning. Resolve routine customer enquiries and complaints. Consistently deliver professional service, project positive Company image to instill customer confidence and retain customers. Back up of customer care functions when required.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end service contract sales
- Order processing, logistics coordination while ensuring stock accuracy, and customer account support.
- Maintain and update data accurately using Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and technicians to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Prepare quotes, track shipments, and manage customer communications in line with company standards.
- Support the service team with reporting, forecasting, and administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen client relationships across key accounts.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Back up of service and customer care functions when required.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of company products and service offerings to satisfy customer needs
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales coordination, customer service, or logistics support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and SAP (mandatory).
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
- Ability to balance sales-driven activity with process management and operational support.
- Background in or exposure to the print, packaging, automation or other manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills including active listening to understand customer and internal stakeholder requirements, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, etc
