Overview
The Operations Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency of the Facilities and Services team. This position is responsible for managing service ticket workflows, assisting with environmental data reporting, and providing administrative and financial support. As the role develops, the coordinator will take on expanded responsibilities in environmental reporting and administrative process improvement, contributing to broader strategic initiatives.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)

Key Responsibilities:
Service Ticket Management (60–80%)
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding service tickets to reduce backlog and ensure timely resolution.
- Assign tickets to appropriate team members or departments based on scope and priority.
- Verify that all required documentation is attached prior to ticket closure.
- Maintain accurate ticket status updates and ensure data integrity across systems.
Environmental Reporting (10–25%)
- Support the collection and consolidation of environmental data across multiple sites.
- Assist in preparing reports aligned with internal standards and external compliance deadlines.
- Collaborate with site leads to gather location-specific environmental metrics and documentation.
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and summaries for leadership review.
Administrative Support (5–10%)
- Maintain organized filing systems for service tickets, invoices, and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, communications, and document preparation.
- Assist in creating presentations and summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Identify and support implementation of process improvement opportunities.
Finance Support (5%)
- Collect and organize variable invoices from vendors and internal teams.
- Assist in verifying backup documentation for fixed fee charges.
- Ensure financial records are complete and properly filed for audit and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with service ticketing systems or workflow platforms preferred.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively
