Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced full-time Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Provider) to join our team in Southeast Florida at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in the coastal city of Fort Pierce.Qualified Candidates
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least three years of in-patient experience preferred
- Experience in acute care, cardiac, or pulmonology a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work weekdays and weekends (mixed schedule)
About Our Hospitalist Program
- No procedures / No codes
- Open ICU, intensivist coverage
- Schedule is 7am to 7pm - 7 on / 7 off block scheduling, with some flexibility
- Dedicated Nocturnist - 7pm to 7am on staff
- 12 Physician & 4 Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant full-time team with a deep per diem roster
