Job Description:
Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations. Is an internationally-recognized leader in the creation and execution of comprehensive health economics market access strategies and initiatives. Establishes the vision for the high-level direction and comprehensive planning of the organization's practices to ensure quick, continuous, and financially viable access to effective pharmaceuticals. Advises top executives of market access key performance success from early pipeline research and analysis, through life-cycle management of deliverables. Leads the design, development, and implementation of an integrated approach to all aspects of the company’s value proposition to the global customer base.

Develops relationships with leaders in the execution of health economics market access strategies and works with pricing to develop market specific strategies aligned with the overall company brand strategy.
Evaluates area processes to ensure compliance to established market access targets and assesses complicated and uncertain risk/reward tradeoff analysis to determine optimal plans and tactics.
Leads the development and execution of health economics lifecycle evidence of value and market access strategies to drive initiatives that ensure commercial success.
Modifies organization standards relative to product performance and ensures customer expectations align with business objectives.
Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
