Develop and implement model-based solutions that meet defined requirements and functions that will support mission trade studies and performance simulations.

Contribute knowledge of performance engineering practices and procedures to evaluate work across a wide range of intriguing computational problems.

Contribute and collaborate in a team environment receiving input from the program or team experts. The projects will vary in mission areas where your knowledge across the breadth of architectures will contribute to the development of the most effective approaches and solutions.

Evaluate end-to-end system requirements to understand system interfaces and data connectivity across military kill-chains.

Analyze data to understand performance requirements.

Develop analytical metrics to validate proposed architectures against requirements as well as help shape future tech growth.

Develop or implement algorithms to provide next-generation performance across entire system of systems.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience with modeling and/or simulating physical systems.

Experience with MATLAB, Python, and/or C/C++
-
Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Qualifications We Prefer
-
Advanced Degree in one of the following majors: Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Operations Research, Math, Applied Math, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or Aerospace Engineering.

Active Secret or Top Secret DoD clearance.

Knowledge of the system engineering life-cycle model.

Experience in data analysis and statistics with large volumes of data.

Experience conducting analyses and studies, including how to define and execute a study.

Experience evaluating new concepts of operation and developing new technology use cases.

Demonstrated technical and analytical skills to develop credible results for presenting to the customer.

Experience in concepts such as Concept of Operations (CONOPS), system tradeoffs, threat definitions, and system of system assessments.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
