What you will do:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products and programs.
- Execute Digital Solutions initiatives using program management best practices.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects to meet schedule and budget commitments.
- Monitor, report, and drive improvement on financial and client experience metrics.
- Align stakeholders (Product, Development, Client Account Management) and resolve risks/issues.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of business and IT program/project management experience.
- 4+ years of experience delivering products to clients.
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets and client experience metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
What would be great to have:
- 3+ years of Financial Services industry experience.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Strong experience building and reporting program metrics and dashboards.
