Job Description:-Support rental process from assessing returned rental equipment, keep stock, organise repair, prepare delivery items and technical support for rental customers.
-Support product team with technical enquiries from customers, including systems, controls and submittals handovers to customers.
-Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and internal team.
-Support service team with documentation and safety and liase with sub-contractors for service jobs.
-Support controls team with documentation, customer meeting and technical support to technician and controls team.
-Support team to warehouse equipment and part maintenance.Categorise and organise parts in warehouse.
Qualifications:·A High School Diploma or equivalent, or certificate of completion from an accredited technical school is required. Typically requires at least 7 years of experience in HVAC/Controls. Technical School or formal training is preferred.·Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).
·Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:
-DUI in the previous 5 years.
-Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
·Previous experience with DDC controls system preferred.
