Key Roles:
• Manage carrier selection and renewals, including contract negotiations to ensure service level expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes through prioritization and project planning.
• Develop and maintain cost estimates, forecasts, and models; track costs and savings across transportation modes.
What You’ll Do
• Accountable for all carrier selection and renewals. Plays key role in contract negotiations and interfacing with selected carriers necessary to maintain expected levels of service.

• Inspires continuous improvement of logistics processes through process improvement, prioritization, and project planning.
• Owns the development and maintainence cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models. Tracking costs and savings for all transportation modes.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, transportation, or distribution operations or related field (or equivalent experience).
✅ Relevant work experience typically 5–7+ years for a manager-level role.
✅ Experience managing carrier selection, contract negotiations, and service level agreements.
✅ Supervising warehouse or distribution center operations.
✅ ** Only for Candidate with Full Working Rights in Thailand **
✅ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
✅ Proficiency in data analysis tools for logistics (Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
✅ Hands-on experience with real-time inventory software and warehouse management systems.
Skill Descriptors
Distribution Center Management: Knowledge of distribution center management; ability to operate a warehouse or distribution center that handles the flow of goods from supplier to production to customer.
Level Working Knowledge:
• Helps minimize bottlenecks and delays and the resulting impact on operating costs.
• Uses real-time inventory software, with guidance, to move supplies where needed, when needed.
• Maintains item and inventory management records.
• Assists in resolving issues related to physical space management.
• Works with Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) processes and operations.
