Key Responsibilities
Supplier Coordination: Manage communication with CLC., Ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply issues promptly.
Part Management: Handle H2K parts (approximately 1,800 active part numbers)., Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Shipment Planning: Develop and update weekly and monthly shipment plans.,
Collaborate with suppliers to meet requirement dates and optimize freight costs.
Daily Tasks
* Review material requirements in MRC.
* Expedite urgent parts.
* Update production and warehouse on material status.
Weekly Tasks
* Update supply status reports for management.
* Review supplier performance and escalate risks.
* Align shipment plans with production schedules.
* Establish Materials Shortage Report weekly for Asia lane.
Monthly Tasks
* Participate in Demand & Supply Review meetings.
* Prepare monthly material forecast and supplier collaboration plans.
* Analyze inventory trends and propose improvement actions.
* Participate in business monthly review with CLC.
Impact of Role
▸Supports mass production of critical parts.
▸Prevents costly production downtime.
▸Ensures compliance with delivery commitments and KPIs.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in logistics, material planning, or supply chain operations.
✅ Strong knowledge of inventory management and shipment planning.
✅ Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., MRC) and MS Excel.
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
