What You Will Do:
- Normal Rates Preparation for Annual Standard cost revision
- Abnormal reporting
- Month-end closing
- Accountable profitability reporting & analysis
- Material cost, cost variance analysis
- Budget, BMS system coordination
- Financial accounting including consolidation, analysis and communication of division or multiple business units’ results / explanations, presentation and explanation of results to management
- Provide technical expertise and perform more complex accounting work that supports business processes.
- Apply accounting knowledge and provide guidance on accounting issues
- Digital tools continuous improvement on data analysis efficiency (leverage snowflake database)
- etc.

Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Excellent Initiative, Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English
Desired Qualifications:
- Have strong interest or experience in big data analytics tools, such as Power BI, Power apps, Power Automate, Python etc..
- 3-5 years Accounting/Costing/Accountable Reporting experience.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
