Role Definition
As an embedded system team lead, you will lead a team to develop embedded system & software for electronics control systems supporting machine & machine system programs. Areas of responsibility include configuration, integration, build and testing of embedded systems on machine and engine systems; testing software for embedded electronic control systems includes requirements development and verification of software in a bench environment as well as troubleshooting software or system defects.
Responsibilities
• Gathering and analyzing user/client requirements to create the software requirements specification (SRS) document.
• Writing and implementing source codes of embedded systems and enhancing code samples of existing systems.
• Testing and debugging embedded system software using different tools/methods available to improve code quality and optimize system performance.
• Collaborating with other teams to provide post production support.
• Embedded product cybersecurity requirements and development.
• Collaborating with global teams to extend China team business, and lead team to grow skills.
• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
