车辆标定实习生
岗位职责
面向车辆控制系统，研究并实现转向性能自动标定与纵向加减速性能自动标定算法。 利用深度学习、系统辨识或优化方法，建立车辆与执行器非线性模型，支持不同车速、载荷、坡道及工况下的性能一致性。 设计并实现离线训练 + 随车在线自适应优化的标定框架，在不改变控制主链路安全逻辑的前提下，对标定参数进行实时或准实时更新。 满足实时性、稳定性和算力约束，并具备明确的异常检测、回退与保护机制。 与测试团队协作，完成算法集成、数据分析、实车验证及效果评估。
任职要求
- 学历背景：自动化、控制工程、车辆工程、计算机、机器人等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。
- 专业技能：
- 熟悉优化方法、系统辨识、自适应控制和在线学习。
- 精通C++与Python，具备良好的工程实现能力。
- 熟悉ROS/ROS2架构。
- 熟悉机器学习、深度学习、强化学习在控制领域的应用。
- 了解车辆控制系统基本原理（转向、制动、动力学等）。
- 其他要求：
- 具备良好的问题分析能力和团队协作能力。
- 英文文献阅读能力强。
加分项
- 有车辆控制、自动驾驶或工程机械相关经验。
- 有标定表（lookup table）、执行器建模或控制参数自学习经验。
- 有车载/嵌入式/实时系统部署经验。
