Job Description Summary:
Support International Transportation solutions from a process and system perspective. Support the integrations with the global carrier base. Contribute to the Global Transportation commitment to modernize visibility, collaboration and operations control solutions. .
Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain monitoring systems to provide information on the integrations between Caterpillar and the carriers.
• Generate and analyse reports to improve the shipment data (completeness, accuracy, latency).
• Resolve in transit visibility issues for shipments globally (focus on ocean) through collaboration with Control Towers, carriers, transportation teams and solution providers.
• Execute new carrier onboardings

Basic requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Pre-Advanced English
- Advanced skills with data manipulation in Excel, Access, PowerBI and SQL.
- Experience working with a Transport Management System
Top candidates will also have:
- 3-5 years of Transportation / Supply Chain experience
- Master’s degree - (APICS certification is a plus)
- Familiar with EDI concept
