Position Summary:
The Ramp Captain oversees valet operations at the main entrance, ensuring smooth traffic flow, exceptional guest service, and efficient coordination among valet attendants. This role is responsible for maintaining safety standards, managing staff, and delivering a premium experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise valet attendants and ensure proper staffing at the main entrance ramp.
- Direct vehicle flow to maintain safety and prevent congestion.
- Greet guests warmly and provide clear instructions for valet service.
- Monitor and enforce valet procedures, including ticketing and vehicle handling.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and valet transactions.
- Coordinate with security and front desk teams for VIP or special events.
- Train new valet staff on service standards and operational protocols.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand for extended periods.
