What is an Account Executive (AE)?
Account Executives at Salesforce serve as trusted advisors to small and medium-sized businesses. They build relationships, assess customer needs, and recommend solutions powered by Salesforce’s #1 CRM platform. AEs help organizations streamline operations, solve challenges, and accelerate growth.

Fellowship Overview:
- During this 12-week program, Fellows will participate in:
- Professional Development
- Dedicated Host Manager committed to supporting your growth
- Clear development plan with feedback, coaching, and career guidance
- On-the-Job Experience
- Hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle alongside experienced Salesforce AEs
- Opportunity to support prospecting, discovery, customer engagements, and solution positioning
- World-Class Sales Training
- Training in communication, strategic questioning, negotiation, and customer relationship management
- Exposure to Salesforce tools, sales methodologies, and best practices
Successful completion of the fellowship may lead to consideration for full-time AE opportunities based on performance, skills demonstrated, and business availability.
