Job Summary and Qualifications
The Senior Coordinator for Leadership & Organizational Development supports enterprise-wide development initiatives by providing robust reporting, analytics, and operational support. This role partners with L&OD leaders to design and maintain reporting infrastructure, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights that improve program performance. Responsibilities include managing data requests, creating dashboards, supporting budgeting processes, and coordinating contracts and invoices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in data analytics, and able to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for L&OD programs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Manage incoming requests for metrics and content, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Support budgeting processes and assist with contract coordination and invoice processing.
- Create presentations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics/Science, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in reporting and analysis; advanced Excel proficiency required.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and data manipulation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
