Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Services, is looking for a Change Management & System Integration Specialist to join our team in Hialeah, FL, Arlington, VA, or Chandler, AZ
Role Summary
Execute and operationalize communication, training, and engagement activities from an Organizational Change Management (OCM) perspective to support SAP S/4HANA integration across assigned Boeing Distribution value streams. Focus on delivering role-based training, maintaining web portal content and knowledge bases, executing communications campaigns, and supporting readiness and incident communications globally. Collaborate with the Level 4 OCM lead and program teams for alignment to global strategy and governance.
Scope
Execute moderate-to-complex OCM activities for assigned value streams or workstreams.
Partner with Level 4 OCM lead, SMEs, Super Users, data stewards, and technical teams to translate policy/process changes into end-user materials.
Responsible for execution of business communications, training, portal updates, and readiness activities within defined scope.
Position Responsibilities:
Execute communication campaigns: draft messages, schedule cadence, manage channels, and track engagement for assigned audiences.
Create and deliver role-based training artifacts (tip sheets, quick reference guides, slide decks, recorded sessions, and eLearning outlines).
Maintain and publish web portal pages and knowledge base articles; coordinate publishing with portal/web teams.
Support readiness and regression testing communications and logistics for assigned tests; collect confirmations and share results.
Coordinate and communicate status for medium-complexity incidents (triage updates, RCA communications, remediation status) with technical owners.
Maintain training rosters, completion tracking, and evidence of learning for assigned audiences.
Provide inputs to program dashboards and monthly governance reporting for your assigned topics.

Monthly inputs to program dashboards and trend analyses for assigned scope.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Organizational Change, Instructional Design, Business, or related field .
3+ years’ relevant experience in Organizational Change Management, communications, or learning & development supporting ERP or large system deployments.
Hands-on experience creating and executing communications and training for technical/business audiences.
Experience maintaining web portal/intranet content and knowledge base articles.
Strong written communication skills and experience coordinating with technical teams on incident communications.
Experience with training delivery methods (ILT, virtual, eLearning) and common authoring/LMS tools.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP) or comparable project management certification/training.
Prior SAP S/4HANA program or ERP implementation exposure.
Familiarity with Master Data Governance concepts and translating data/policy changes into user-facing guidance.
Experience with analytics for campaign and portal engagement metrics.
Travel:
This position may require traveling up to 20% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $77,000.00 - $117,000.00
