What does a successful Scrum Master do?
We are looking for Scrum Master who is passionate about working with people and helping teams grow within a scaled Agile environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, communicative, creative, independent, and able to build a supportive and productive team atmosphere. We value individuals who understand team dynamics, can facilitate effective collaboration, and guide teams toward continuous improvement.
In this role, you will not only facilitate Scrum ceremonies but also actively support the team in problem-solving, communication, and removing obstacles. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in understanding our product, the business context, and end-to-end processes.
What you will do:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles
- Promote transparency, communication, and collaboration within and across teams
- Identify and remove impediments to improve team performance
- Work closely with Product Owner, Tech lead, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters
- Understand product goals, business context, and processes to better guide the team
- Use collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro for planning and communication.
What you will need to have::
- Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Miro
- Interest in learning the product and understanding end-to-end processes
- Ability to motivate, support international scrum teams.
