Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Project Manager to join our team. This position requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to maintaining safety and professionalism across all projects.

ABM Employee Benefits | Staff & Management Key Responsibilities • Inventory & Supply Management: Submit supply orders via Coupa and coordinate with team leads on supply needs.
• Training & Development: Complete ABM training and SOPs; ensure monthly safety training; train employees, Leads, and Supervisors; maintain accurate training records.
• Site Oversight: Conduct face-to-face check-ins with site POCs; address audits and complaints; perform weekly equipment inspections; complete SWOP entries daily. • Professional Conduct: Maintain respectful communication; ensure confidentiality; report violations and suspicious behavior.
• Administrative Duties: Assist with scheduling and attendance; update Epay punches; submit timesheets weekly; foster employee engagement; ensure safety compliance.
• Additional Expectations: Adapt to new systems; maintain confidentiality; communicate effectively with employees, clients, and management.
