Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout studio facilities during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Pay: $19.00 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30PM - 3:00AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in offices, studios, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet tissue.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely (e.g., floor scrubbers, buffers).
- Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness standards before shift ends.
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight hours and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
