Description:You will be the Program Manager for our team. Our team is responsible for providing direct support to the SOF GLSS Off-Site Support Program Manager and supporting the day-to-day operation of task order management.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Program Manager, you will be responsible for serving as a liaison between project management and the project team, assisting with processing authorization and contractual documents, and functioning as a member of an integrated project team to assess project issues and assist with developing resolutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Serving as a liaison between project management and the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
-Assisting with processing authorization and contractual documents, including cost estimates, limitation of cost/funds letters, material disposition requests, project status reports, budget tracking, and labor/material purchase requests.
-Performing data entry and executing management reports to support project management and decision-making.
Assessing project issues and assisting with developing resolutions to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
-Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement process improvements.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
