Crave a technically challenging position that is also rewarding? This position is for a highly technical Multi-Function Administrator at the National ALIS Support Center, Tier 2 Service Desk. You will be responsible helping maintain fielded, operational ALIS/ODIN Nodes across the F-35 enterprise to include the security and integrity of our systems that keep our jets flying. It takes more than steel, advanced electronics and engine thrust to make the F-35 Lightning II, the world's fifth generation fighter, take flight. It is the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) that gives F-35 Lightning II operators the ability to plan, to maintain, to plan and sustain its systems over the life of the air vehicle. ALIS provides the IT backbone and capabilities to support current and future Warfighters across the U.S. and allied military services.
Special Requirements:
This position is at the F35 National ALIS Support Center supporting ALIS/ODIN. The successful candidate will serve as a Multi-Function Info Analyst supporting US/Partner/FMS customers in multiple regions and time zones by providing problem resolution to Tier 1 Administrators sites in all facets of the F-35 ALIS and MPE systems. This position and the NASC in general also provide daily support for and management of the US and QT OCKs as well as the OBK for the USRL.
As critical members of the NASC Team, all ALIS administrators must be able to:
• Obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance required for program access
• Work various shift hours to include weekends to support customer mission requirements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Quickly identify root causes of system/equipment failures (hardware, software, network) and implement effective solutions.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical users, providing guidance and training.
• Monitor system performance, test configurations, and proactively address potential problems.
• Accurately log issues, actions taken, and resolutions in ticketing systems or reports.
• Clear communication with team members, peers, and leadership.
• Ensure smooth handovers for continuity, teamwork, and preventing errors.
• Work with other teams (like IT support, field techs) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Basic Qualifications:• Must hold a Secret security clearance (or higher) with a recent investigation (within the past 5 years).
• Possess a DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+, or CCNA).
• Experience with Database, Network, or System Administration concepts, software or hardware.
• Problem Solving, Critical thinking and debugging skills
• Strong verbal and written skills for explaining complex topics.
• Ability to work independently, showing initiative and resourcefulness
• Time Management skills
• Working well under pressure
Desired Skills:• Hands on experience administering F 35 ALIS or MPE.
• Technical knowledge of ALIS, including baseline hardware architecture, application to application messaging flow, and inter nodal communication.
• Experience defining and building IPsec/VPN solutions.
• Hands on experience with management of Fortigate, Watchguard, and Sonicwall
• Experience with Splunk for security log aggregation and dashboard creation.
• Experience with McAfee/Trellix products—installation, configuration, and maintenance per baseline requirements.
• Prior exposure to Service Flo (highly desirable).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
