Build a collaborative relationship with the customer field team to ensure customer qualification success Debug customer issues working with the customer field team to accelerate new product qualifications Provide internal status on customer qualification issues Product expert for features and functionality providing app notes and errata lists Maintain external product firmware portal and change lists for customer teams Pareto analysis of product issues to drive improvements in future products Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field 5+ years of experience debugging hardware issues Team player, ambitious and self-starter Good presentation skills and effective collaboration with team members Desire to perform hands on debug in the lab to address customer issues Proficiency using Linux and Windows operating systems Experience with setting up and configuring computer hardware and software Experience using JIRA and Confluence for bug tracking and documentation Experience debugging hardware and firmware issues at a system and SSD drive level Desire to work with groundbreaking next generation SSD technologies 5 years of experience with SSD technology
